A layer of chocolate granache infused with caramel gives the just-right sweetness to the mild flavor of banana. A classic favorite everyone will enjoy – now comes with a twist for even better enjoyment!

Recently we have received orders from regular customers who prefer customized decorations on their favorite cakes. Instead of the usual butter cream or fresh cream which is usually scraped away, we spread a layer of cream cheese and top it off with a layer of dark chocolate granache, sprinkled with a generous amount of nuts full of wholesome goodness and not to forget they are healthy! As requested we added a Ferrero Rondnoir Dark Chocolate for a special touch for the lucky birthday dad!

We studied our menu and formulated a recipe with less sugar - perfect for the health conscious group! Steam-baked cheese has a creamy texture flavoured with a little lemon juice for the right amount of tartness. You can now indulge without feeling guilty!
