Along with our signature velvety cream cheese, we have spent hours to formulate a new recipe of cream cheese topping infused with a little cream to introduce a new level of cheese cake indulgence. With the right amount of creaminess and sweetness, the hazelnut and chocolate brownies topped with a generous amount of melt-in-your-mouth cheese layer are going to instill a sense of heavenly smoothness in your taste buds.

One of my close friends has just returned from the States and she brought me a big bag of Hershey’s Kisses that are ubiquitous of its adorable shape and one-bite convenient size. I thought they may look great on top of my signature cheese cupcakes and voila – they were indeed lovable and look delectable. A big hit after the introduction last week, I am going to make this more often as this really looks as great as it tastes!

Recently we have received orders from regular customers who prefer customized decorations on their favorite cakes. Instead of the usual butter cream or fresh cream which is usually scraped away, we spread a layer of cream cheese and top it off with a layer of dark chocolate granache, sprinkled with a generous amount of nuts full of wholesome goodness and not to forget they are healthy! As requested we added a Ferrero Rondnoir Dark Chocolate for a special touch for the lucky birthday dad!

We received an order last week from a lady who were organizing a birthday party for her 10 years old daughter. Her daughter has requested for chocolate cupcakes (most kids love chocolate anyway) with butter frosting but her mum doesn’t really fancy the too-filling butter cream. Our idea of topping the cupcakes with cream cheese instead of butter cream has been rewarded with praises and the kids just love them!

Chocolate aficionados have always come up to us requesting the possibility to have chocolate as part of our signature cheese tarts experience. Well, it’s now here! The same velvety cheese with chocolate sauce filling on a cocoa crust with dark chocolate bits. It’s now ready to lift up the indulging experience.

One size fits all – our tarts are 5 cm in diameter.

The brownies was baked to fudgy texture while the soft and spongy hazelnut cake and compliments the velvety cream cheese layer. The nutty flavor is accompanied by the aftertaste of silky dark and white chocolate swirls.
