Lemon and cheese has been a very classic combination for years and it has been very well received. The zesty and tangy lemon kick brings out the subtle flavor of cheese and inject an acidic aftertaste to it. We added some crushed pecans, walnuts and almonds to compliment the velvety cheese and provide some extra bites to the creamy texture.
