These are the fruit tartlets that I have promised my hubby long ago and I finally made them during the weekend. They are indeed wonderful to look at and even more in the taste! I have combined the custard with some freshly whipped cream and it turned out great and tangy.
The fruits are seasonal and the combination of colours are indeed refreshing...oh well...the longan is very juicy and goes well with the creamy custard. My hubby ate 5 of them in a row and he asked for more!
These are now available for orders and I have also make them available at my Street Mall's stall...and they sold out really quick! RM 1.30 each.
